Our journey ends on Friday...

(Videos are up)

That's right.
This sums up my thoughts on our Senior Team.

3 years ago, they first came into contact with this sport. (I was watching them from the side and wasn't in Floorball then) I was thinking, "what are they doing?"

2 years ago, we participated in our very first competition, National Junior Floorball Championship 2012.
It was a good exposure for us, and we kind of knew how the standard was like at National level. It was an
eye-opener for me too as I never expected Primary School Floorball standard to be pitched this high.
We got trashed... Badly.
But that did not stop us.

Last year, we participated again. We fought smart and hard. And under coach Syahmi (thanks a lot abang!), we were considered the underdogs (after all, we were at the bottom in 2012).

This year, coach YS took over. We had a slow start, but slowly, we found our game.

Yes, our Seniors grow up soooo fast.

Through this game, they learnt not only the skills and tactics of this game. Most importantly...

It's been an amazing journey with you guys :)

Thank you mummies and daddies for taking time off from your busy schedule to support your son and the team. Without your support, we wouldn't have made this far.

Thank you for the little treats you had prepared for the team during every match.

With all of you supporting us, it felt like we had a 6th man on the court!

Last match guys...

GIVE YOUR BEST SHOT!

VS North View

(Videos are up! Do go to the video blog to see it!)

It wasn't an easy match for us. I would put it as...

We manage to scrape through this game.

The reason why I said you guys played well, was because I saw you all bounced back from a rocky start. Something that I'm really glad to see. We didn't continue to let them whack us upside down, we played a very defensive second and third period which caught them off guard.

It's perfectly normal to have "down" moments, sometimes no matter how hard you try, the ball just don't go into the direction you want... sometimes you tried focusing real hard, but the ball just slipped right out of your hand.

But, guys.. Always remember,

Enjoy the game, if you can't, then how are you going to perform with all the problems that's in your head?

I can't teach well if I bring all my problems into the classroom too. I'll cast them aside before I step into the classroom and tell myself. "I am going to enjoy myself and give my best for my students today".

Next game on this coming Thursday is our last group game, against Anchor Green. It's not going to be easy boys. Now it's up to you all to prove to everyone, how eager are you to taste victory?
