- How tall you are is the most important factor
- Always choose a stick that you feel most comfortable with
Too long will hinder your movement and too short will hurt your back.
A stick that is up to about your chest level will be fine.
Longer stick will give you a better range. With a shorter stick, you will be able to handle the ball more efficiently and a quicker ball handling.
