Time to improve on your stamina

Hello!

Stamina is a very important factor that will affect how you play, be it normal playing or competitive playing. Without stamina, no matter how good your skills are, it is as good as zero.

I believe some of you have experienced these in games...


It is not because you are weak, you are just lacking stamina. 

So what's stamina? 

It is something that keeps you going without you feeling tired (or like the images above). Before you start building on your muscles, you need to build on stamina first.

So what can you do to improve your stamina? 

  • Proper and balanced meals are super duper important! Fruits, vegetables, meats... Do not skip any of these! You still can have your fast food, but not too often alright!


  • Give the lift a break by taking the stairs.

  • Exercise regularly. 3 times a week and don't quit! You can always ask your family to join you too! Exercise is gooooooooooooooood! Swimming, running, jogging, walking, our usual warm up exercises... Every time you exercise, it should be more than 20 minutes.
