Holidays are coming right up! I believe you are excited about it! BUT!
We tend to eat a little bit more unhealthy food during the holidays, and we tend to forget about exercising during the holidays too.

Station 1 and 2: Planking and side planking
There are many different version of planking. High plank, low plank, side planks, modified planking.. Pick 1 that you are most comfortable with, once you feel that your body is ready, up 1 level and attempt the other level. Remember to do the planks on both side of your body.
This is Side Plank.
This is the Modified Side Plank. If the usual side plank is too tough for you, try this.
Low Plank.
High Plank
Station 3: Crunches
Either you love it or hate it. Do it well and you will feel stronger than before!
Station 4: Jump Squats
Remember to land soft! No elephant feet! Do you want to move faster and stronger? Do this more
Station 5: Lunges
90 degrees! No more no less! Do not be lazy!
